Whistler

Yesterday we drove up into the mountains to Whistler. It is a world renowned ski resort. Beautiful.

We had a leisurely lunch of pasta, salad and bread followed by spumoni. Then on to a paraffin manicure at The Four Seasons Resort. So relaxing.

We wandered around the village and stopped at many cute shops. More eclectic beauty supplies for me.

Nice dinner at Elements, an urban tapis restaurant. Wonderful goat cheese with apple chutney and two tone frittes with spicy curry aioli.

Snowy drive home with a stop for Tim Horton's coffee.
