Rejoice, O Virgin Theotokos, full of grace!
From you shone the Sun of Righteousness, Christ our God.
Enlightening those who sat in darkness!

Great Vespers last night was lovely. I read for the first time. When John asked me to I was a bit taken aback. How could I read and keep up with the girls? The Lord was surely present. Little one rested silently in Nina's arms while middle one stood quietly at my feet.

You read in church? With you kids present? You are my hero! I missed the vesperal liturgy last night--flu finally hit me.
Our little congregation was so great--they gave FC a card and a cake for the 1st anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood!
